If you are more of a ?Do it Yourselfer?, Wild Idaho Outfitters also offers a Outfitted Drop camp option. Bring your personal gear and food and have them pack you into a hunting camp equipped with tents, cooking gear, wood stoves, cots, tables and a few other necessities. These camps are set in excellent elk country and away from the crowds of other hunters. Once in camp, the only limitation is your sense of adventure, it is up to you to decide where and how you are going to hunt.

Few other states offer the opportunity to hunt elk, deer and black bear all at the same time, but hunting with Wild Idaho Outfitters offers that exact opportunity. If you have the tag, you can take either or all of these species on their fall hunts. Their camps are even set in a two bear unit with reduced tag prices.

Their spring black bear hunts are difficult to beat. These areas hold bears with many different color phases.
