CUSTOMER COMMITMENT: At HuntersTrailhead, the customer is our top priority. Although Terms and Conditions can seem rather grim and intimidating, we commit to do all that we can to insure our customers satisfaction. This means that we work hard to insure your satisfaction.

MEMBERSHIPS: All membership fees are charged at the time of registration or renewal. This is a one time charge and does have an expiration associated with it. Upon reaching that expiration date, continued access to the odds and research database will require that the member renew their membership. HuntersTrailhead does not "Auto Renew" any membership.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international customers and orders fall under these same terms and conditions. However, at the current time, the HuntersTrailhead system is not set to properly calculate shipping costs on orders being sent out of the US. Before any order can be sent to one of our international customers, an agreement must be made between them and a HuntersTrailhead customer service representative via email. All shipping costs will be manually ADDED to the total cost of any order being shipped internationally.

TERMS: All orders must be paid in full before any delivery is attempted. We accept VISA or MasterCard credit cards, money orders, certified checks and personal checks. However, the use of checks and money orders will delay shipping until those checks have cleared.

RETURNS: If an item arrives damaged from shipment, the customer must contact or inform the shipping carrier immediately to report the damaged package. This is YOUR responsibility. If you suspect "foul play" with your package, do not open or accept it unless the items inside are inspected in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to the carrier immediately and to HuntersTrailhead within 48 hours or the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the damage and/or loss.

In the event of a size error, NO cash refunds can be made - Exchanges only. If an item is received and is proven to be defective, we reserve the right to replace, refund or repair dependent on the original manufacturers warranty.

All returns are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE, plus the cost of the return shipment! The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Each product carries the manufacturers guarantee. HuntersTrailhead does not specifically guarantee or expressly offer any such guarantee on product offered in our store.

In the event of fabric flaws and manufacturing defects, we must be contacted within 5 days of product receipt.

Reshipment or return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and set by the manufacturer. The purchaser assumes the cost of any returns and re-shipments. Returns must be shipped by USPS insured parcel post or insured priority mail within 5 days after the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number was issued.

If an item stated as brand new is found to be defective upon arrival or the incorrect item was shipped, the purchaser agrees that the product will be repaired or replaced at the seller's discretion and will allow a reasonable amount of time for the action to be taken. The purchaser must obtain a RMA number for all items determined to be defective or for items shipped incorrectly before returning. This RMA number must accompany the merchandise when returned.

Any returned packages delivered without an RMA number will be refused. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs and shipping insurance. Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer. All shipping and handling fees will not be returned in any case!

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: We make every effort to insure that your will receive your package in a timely manner. HuntersTrailhead accepts no responsibility for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or improperly submitted address information. If your package is returned to HuntersTrailhead, you will be contacted and offered the option of having your order reshipped for an additional shipping charge. Shipping charges are not refundable.

LIABILITY:HuntersTrailhead accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries or damage incurred as a result of the possession or use of any of the product or equipment obtained through HuntersTrailhead. This liability statement includes but is not limited to: improper use, defect in design or production, improper or incorrect assembly and damage from shipment or handling. The purchaser also and/or user further assumes all responsibility for obtaining and using any necessary safety equipment. Additionally, the buyer/user accepts that hunting and hunting related activities has inherent dangers that can result in serious injury or death and agrees to obtain any necessary instruction supervision and/or safety materials.
